科技人才集聚与战略性新兴产业集聚的空间交互效应研究

战略性新兴产业在特定区域集聚吸引科技人才集聚，科技人才集聚呈现的空间差异性又影响区域间战略性新兴产业集聚发展。现有研究对人才集聚与产业集聚互动关系忽略了空间因素，难以全面刻画科技人才集聚与战略性新兴产业集聚的复杂关系。采用我国2007—2017年省际面板数据,构建空间联立方程模型，实证考察科技人才集聚与战略性新兴产业集聚的空间交互效应。结果发现：我国科技人才集聚与战略性新兴产业集聚存在显著双向促进作用；科技人才集聚和战略性新兴产业集聚均存在正向空间溢出效应；科技人才集聚与战略性新兴产业集聚之间存在负向空间交互效应。最后，基于实证研究结果提出相关政策建议。

Spatial Interactive Effect between the Sci-Tech Talents Agglomeration and

The agglomeration of strategic emerging industries in specific regions leads to the agglomeration of sci-tech talents, and the spatial differences in the agglomeration of sci-tech talents affect the agglomeration development of strategic emerging industries between regions. Previous studies on the interaction between talents agglomeration and industries agglomeration ignore the spatial factors, so it can't fully depict the complex relationship between the agglomeration of sci-tech talents and the agglomeration of strategic emerging industries. This paper empirically tests the spatial interaction effect between sci-tech talents agglomeration and strategic emerging industries agglomeration using the panel data of 30 provinces in China during 2007—2017 through spatial simultaneous equation model. The results show that there is a remarkable mutual promoting effect between sci-tech talents agglomeration and strategic emerging industries agglomeration in China. The spatial spillover effects of sci-tech talents agglomeration and strategic emerging industries agglomeration are positive. The spatial interaction effect between sci-tech talents agglomeration and strategic emerging industries agglomeration is negative. Finally, the policy recommendations are proposed according to the empirical research findings.
