| 摘 要： | 政府科技计划成为推动我国科技进步的重要手段,一般都以项目资助的形式进行。由于该类项目具有大型复杂、高风险、多目标和分散化等特点,加强政府投资科技项目的管理对于推动我国科技进步具有重要的意义。通过对美、英两国政府投资科技项目的管理现状进行分析,可以总结成功的管理经验,为我国政府投资科技项目的管理和治理提供借鉴,并为项目的主管部门提供政策层面的参考。
