| 摘 要： | 我国应对国际金融危机的4万亿投资将对经济增长和技术进步产生重要影响。扩展建立了能源投入产出局部闭模型,利用全国42部门的投入产出表,分析了金融危机背景下4万亿投资在考虑技术进步溢出效应时对经济增长和能源需求量的完全影响。

| Abstract: | Facing the international finance crisis,4000 billion investments affect economy growth and technological progress greatly.This paper expands and constructs input-output model of energy,and uses input-output sheets of national forty two departments to analyze the effect of 4000 billion investments on economy growth and energy needs with considering spillover effects of technological progress in the background of finance crisis. |
