| 摘 要： | 近代环境法理论起源于西方,然而我们在引入西方环境法理念的同时,却忽视了东方环境观对当代环境法理论所能起到的积极作用.在对待自然界的态度上,东方与西方有着巨大的差异.在比较东西方环境观差异的基础上,提出从东方的视角构建符合我国国情的环境法体系.

| Abstract: | The modern Environment law originated on the West soil.We totally overlooked the study of the oriental environment perception.The oriental and the Westerners had display immense difference in the attitude towards the physical environment.The author holds that a new legal system of environmental protection shouhld be set up on the basis of oriental visual angle. |
