联合体视角下我国中小企业自主创新能力提升机制研究

基于联合体（RJVs）视角，研究中小企业自主创新能力提升机制，对增强我国中小企业自主创新能力具有重要意义。结合多案例研究法和扎根理论，对赛特斯集团、宏微科技公司和迅雷公司进行理论假设和译码分析。结果表明：内部机制、外部机制和协调机制是提升我国中小企业自主创新能力的3个主要机制。基于此，构建了中小企业RJVs自主创新能力提升机制模型，明确了三者之间的相互关系。

Study on Mechanism of SMEs Promoting Independent Innovation Capability Based on RJVs

It has an important theoretical and practical significance to research the mechanism of SM Es so as to improve in-dependent innovation capability based on the perspective of RJVs . The paper combines with multiple cases study and grounded theory to make theoretical assumptions and analyze decoding for Certus group ,Macmic company and xunlei com-pany .The research shows that :internal mechanism ,external mechanism and coordination mechanism are three main mechanisms to improve the independent innovation capability of SM Es in our country .Based on this ,the paper constructs the mechanism model ,and clears about the relationship of the three main mechanisms .
