| 摘 要： | 英国于2014年首次启用REF对全国高等教育研究机构进行科研评价，REF在评价单元、评价指标、评价方法等方面较RAE有实质性变革，一定程度上代表了国际科研评价发展的新趋势。分析了REF的特点和走向，以及中英科研评价体系的异同，提出了我国科研评价体系的模式选择。

| Abstract: | In 2014 ,REF has been firstly used to make research evaluation on UK universities .There are several substantive changes in the area of UoA (s) ,indicators ,methods between REF and RAE .These changes are leading the trends of inter‐national research evaluation system .This article analyzes the features and development trends of REF ,also it compares the formation process and similarity/difference between Chinese research evaluation system and REF .It puts forward the pat‐tern of scientific research evaluation system in our country . |
