| 摘 要： | 以高等院校为研究对象，构建了政府投入类科研项目绩效评价指标体系，并采用主客观综合赋权法对指标赋权。通过湖北省高校的实际应用，发现科研基础和科研产出在高校科研绩效评价中占有重要地位。

| Abstract: | T his paper ,w hich took on the college and university as the research object ,has built an performance evaluation system for research projects founded by government in universities ,and w eighted the index by using the Subjective and ob‐jective comprehensive weighting method .Through the practical application in the colleges and universities in Hubei Prov‐ince ,it found that the research base and output were playing an important role in the performance evaluation of colleges and universities . |
