企业知识搜索战略、技术不确定性与突破性创新关系研究

研究了知识搜索战略(搜索宽度与搜索深度)对突破性创新的影响,以及技术不确定性在知识搜索战略与突破性创新关系中的调节作用。通过对182家高新技术企业的实证研究发现,搜索深度正向影响突破性创新,技术不确定性负向调节宽度搜索与突破性创新的关系,并正向调节搜索深度与突破性创新的关系。最后,探讨了研究结论的管理启示及未来研究方向。

Research on Relationships between Knowledge Search Strategy,Technical Uncertainty and Radical Innovation

T his study examines how different types of know ledge strategy (search breadth and search depth ) affect enter‐prise radical innovation ,and analyses with contingency approach the moderating effects that technical uncertainty makes in knowledge strategy and radical innovation .The empirical results based on 182 Chinese high - tech firms indicate that search depth has direct effects on radical innovation .Technical uncertainty has negative effects on the relationship between search breadth and radical innovation and positive effects on the relationship betw een search depth and radical innovation . Finally ,the present paper discusses managerial implication and future research .
