| 摘 要： | 包容性创新是基于包容性增长而进行的创新。利用武汉市1990-2014年数据，运用主成分分析法构建了包容性创新指标，并对各创新指标与经济发展之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究表明，目前武汉市创新科技成果及人才评价指标已不适应创新驱动经济发展战略的要求，不能体现创新包容性。以此为基础，提出了包容性创新驱动武汉市经济发展评价指标的优化路径。

| Abstract: | Inclusive innovation is based on inclusive grow th ,w hich is the essence of everyone involved in innovation ,every‐one sharing innovation .Using the time series data of Wuhan 1990 -2014 ,the empirical analysis of the relationship between innovation index and economic development is carried out by using principal component analysis method .Studies have show n that at present ,the achievements of scientific and technological innovation and evaluation index of talents in Wuhan city have not adapted to the requirements of the economic development strategy of innovation driven ,and can not reflect the inclusion .Based on this ,puts forward the optimum path of comprehensive innovation evaluation index driving the eco‐nomic development of Wuhan City . |
