Study on Jiangsu Innovation Ecological Communities about Science and Technology Resources Allocation under the Background of Collaborative Governance

The national science and technology system reform and innovation drive strategy as the background ,analyse the status quo and existing problems of Jiangsu science and technology resources allocation ,explore regional science and technology resources ecological communities under the background of collaborative governance ;With double dimension classification on allocation sub‐jects of science and technology resources as the beginning ,we analyze the trend of metabolic and growth of the enterprise popula‐tion in regional innovation ecological communities and expound harmony resonance mechanism of regional science and technology resources allocation innovation ecological communities ,then put forward suggestions .
