摘    要:新冠疫情对经济及社会运行造成了重大冲击,除了履行慈善捐赠等传统社会责任行为,一些企业还通过科技创新与善意的产品供给抗击疫情,企业与社会的融合互动更加紧密,据此引出企业科技向善概念。通过厘清企业科技向善概念,梳理了企业科技向善与竞争优势的关系,讨论了企业科技向善的未来研究方向,从企业与社会关系角度丰富和扩展了企业战略管理研究,并为企业管理实践与政府监管提供了新视角。

Abstract:The covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on economic and social development. The corporations are dedicated to pandemic relief with technological innovation and new product for social good as well as the regular CSR, such as the charitable donation. There are increasingly integration and interaction between the corporations and society. So this paper proposes the concept of corporate technology for social good. Corporate technology for social good means that corporations take the initiative to use responsible and innovative technologies to solve social problems and integrate moral concepts into product design and technological application. The corporation mission is to serve the public interests of the society and pursue the improvement of social service efficiency and social value. Then, the corporations gain the commercial profits and personal values in the process of accessing collective interest. We clarify the concept of technology for social good and posit that Technology for social good can help companies gain a sustainable competitive advantage. This paper expands the previous literatures of strategic management from the perspective of relation of corporation and society and provides useful implication for the corporation practice and government regulation.
