| 摘 要： | 大型建筑工程的控制是一个复杂的系统工程，有着复杂的组织环境和多目标、多约束的控制需求。在大型建筑工程中实施知识管理是对其信息化的进一步提升，有助于这一复杂系统的有效控制。在分析信息流控制的基础上给出了大型建筑工程知识流动模型；并从多个角度分析了大型建筑工程环境中知识管理对象的特点，研究了该环境下知识对象的有效集成，并指出了进一步的研究方向.

| Abstract: | The large-scale construction engineering is a complex system engineering, with complicated organizational environments, multi-goal and multi-constraint demands. Knowledge management in the large-scale construction project is an advanced form of information management, which can improve the effect and efficiency of controlling the project. Firstly we analyze the information flow and give the knowledge flow model for the large-scale construction engineering. Secondly we discuss the characteristic of knowledge management objects from several different perspectives and study how to effectively integrate these knowledge objects. At last the paper points out the future focus of study. |
