| 摘 要： | 区域科技投入是科技型人才发展的强力支撑,对科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升具有重要影响。首先研究了科技型人才聚集效应、科技投入构成要素及其对科技型人才聚集效应的影响。在此基础上,对山西的科技政策投入、科技人才投入、科技基础设施投入和科技经费投入进行了分析,提出了优化山西省科技投入、提升山西省科技型人才聚集效应的对策建议,旨在推动山西省的科技进步和经济发展。
