| Abstract: | The doctoral dissertations are the best form of student,s scholarship results.The doctoral dissertations from the choosing through public appraisal of National Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations, that are the best ones in creative and function. Passing the analysis of past 6 years' some data, the article expatiated some essential condition and regulation of outputting the outstanding doctoral dissertation.At the some time putting forward some constructive opinions. |
