| 摘 要： | 英语教学应如何与行业相结合,是一个值得我们思考和探讨的问题。国内外饭店英语教材无论是教材表层结构,还是深层结构都具有自身的优势和不足,研究国内外饭店英语教材,选择或出版优秀的教材,不仅会使广大英语学习者受益,也为探索我国职业英语教育如何加强职业能力的培养拓展思路。

| Abstract: | It is an issue worthy thinking and exploring regarding how to combine English language teaching and learning with real industries. There are strengths and weaknesses among both domestic and international hotel English textbooks. To study the hotel English textbooks published at home and abroad and to select excellent teaching materials will not only benefit our English learners but also strengthen the construction of other vocational English materials, and expand ideas on exploring the workplace English education modes in China as well. |
