| 摘 要： | 研究大学生党员发展的质量提升机制,规范大学生党员管理机制,构建大学生党员评估机制是高校基层党建工作的重点。在学生党员发展过程中严格履行党员发展的有关程序和手续,实行培训制、票决制、公示制、审查制和责任制是确保党员发展质量,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性的关键。

| Abstract: | Studying the quality improvement mechanism of undergraduate Party members＇ development,normalizing of management mechanism and building the evaluation mechanism of Party members among college students are the major focus of the grass-roots Party construction in colleges and universities.During the process of developing the number of undergraduate Party members,the relevant procedures and formalities should be executed strictly,also training system,voting system,public system,censorship and responsibility systems should be carried out,which are the keys to ensure the quality of Party members＇ development and to keep advancement and purity of the Party. |
