| 摘 要： | 经济法学是商科院校本科生的一门十分重要的必修课程，但传统的经济法教学与商科院校的办学目标定位不甚吻合，必须进行改革。商科院校本科生经济法学教学改革应充分体现商科院校的人才培养特色，教学内容应强调针对性和实效性，教学方法应体现多样性和灵活性，同时应注重教学手段多元化和考核方式的多样化，以增强经济法的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Economic law is an important required course for commercial institution undergraduates, but the traditional teaching approach doesn＇t conform to the objectives of the education in commercial educational institutions, which means further reform. The reform should fully characterize the personnel training in commercial colleges. Respectively, the teaching content should emphasize the relevance and effectiveness; teaching methods should be featured by diversity and flexibility in both teaching and evaluation, to enhance the teaching effective- ness of economic law. |
