| 摘 要： | 由于当前大学生权利救济救济渠道存在不同程度局限性，大学生的合法权益受到侵害后很难获得救济，辟建专门的仲裁制度来解决大学生权利救济问题是解决大学生权利救济的有效途径，为此，我们必需构建大学生权利救济仲裁平台，明确工作人员，规范相关工作制度，实现高效救济大学生权利的目标。

| Abstract: | For the limitation of the common ways to relieve college students＇ rights, it is hard to relieve college students＇ legitimate rights and interests when they are infringed, it is an effective way to relieve college students＇ rights by constructing a special kind of arbitration system. To achieve this, we must construct college students＇ rights relieving mechanism, appoint relative staff, and regulate proper rules so as to relieve college students＇ rights effectively. |
