| 摘 要： | 面对严峻的就业形势,理工类院校国际经贸学生如何突出重围找到理想的工作、有效实现自己的人生价值,从人才培养模式存在的问题出发,在理工类院校国际经贸人才就业渠道与培养模式上进行研究与创新,立足培养社会急需的国际经贸人才,提出了一系列创新培养模式,配以多方向拓展就业渠道,使毕业生在激烈的市场竞争中能够脱颖而出。

| Abstract: | Faced with the grim employment situation,how international economic and trade majors in science and engineering colleges to find the ideal job and win the value of the effective realization of their life,which urgent need the educators to study carefully.The article begins with the problems of training mode of science and engineering colleges.Meeting the social needs,we bring up a series of innovative training mode,coupled with multi-directional channels to increase employment rate,and make the graduates in the fierce market competition to stand out. |
