基于网络文化视域下的廉政建设问题探析

网络文化作为信息时代的新型文化,对当前的廉政制度建设产生深远的影响。一方面,网络文化能够提升从政者的廉政素养;推动公民的网络监督;加快廉政制度的建设等,对廉政建设起到积极的影响。另一个方面,网络文化也对当前的廉政建设产生了消极的影响,如：拉大了人与现实的距离;助长了人性中的阴暗面等。因此,为了加快廉政建设的步伐,必须建构适宜其发展的网络文化。

On the Subject of Construction of a Clean and Honest Administration Based on Internet Culture

As new culture on the information age,internet culture acts a profound impact on the current construction of a clean and honest administration.On the one hand,the network can enhance honest quality of politicians;promote the civic network supervision;speed up the construction of the clean and honest system and so on,which have an active effect on construction of a clean and honest administration.On the other hand,internet culture also has a negative impact on current honest government construction.For example,widening the distance between human and reality;enhance the dark side of human nature and so on.Therefore,to speed up the pace of honest government construction,we must build up suitable internet culture.
