| 摘 要： | ＂两型社会＂是一种城市社会建设模式,更是一种现代社会发展理念。＂两型社会＂思想包括两个重要组成部分＂资源节约＂和＂环境友好＂概念。本文以这两个概念在高校人力资源开发与管理中的内涵延伸为视角,结合目前中国高等学校师资队伍的现状与特征,提出了高校完善师资开发与管理的建议。

| Abstract: | ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ which refers to a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,which not only means one constructive model of urbane society but one kind of developing conception of modern society.This paper proposes to improve the development and management of universities＇ faculty combing existing conditions and characteristics of Chinese Universities based on the view of two extending connotation of resource-conservation and environment-friendliness. |
