| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校证券投资课程教学过程中存在的问题，探讨了实践教学推进高校产学研结合的意义，指出了现有实践教学方法的优劣，提出了五种产学研相结合的方法来促进高校与证券期货公司互利共赢。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of the securities investment course. Addressing the significance of promoting university-industry cooperation with teaching practice, it points out the advantages and disadvantages of the present teaching method. And five kinds of ways to promote mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation of university and security companies have been proposed. |
