| 摘 要： | 当前高等院校教育管理中所存在管理定位不清晰、、出现学术权力对于日常管理的占据、师资队伍的建设不能够完全跟上市场的需求和教育设施的管理有待进一步完善等问题。改善此状况需要构建一个联合教育管理质量控制机制,对于教育设施和师资队伍的管理需要综合评估科学化。

| Abstract: | In order to facilitate further improvement of higher education management, and strengthen the combined construction of educational facility and teachers, this paper, analyzes the current situation and management mechanisms. This article is based on the joint quality control management system, the proposed qualitative analysis and quantitative scientific. Universities should strengthen the development of this joint quality control management mechanism to promote scientific institutions of higher education management. |
