法学专业学生实践能力培养模式创新研究——以湖南师范大学法律援助中心为平台

法学和医学一样,是一门实践性很强的应用学科,而传统的法学教学模式,学生的主动性和创造性受到压制,致使学生动手能力低,实践能力差,到法律实务部门难以很快地胜任实际的法律工作。为此,湖南师范大学法学院为增强学生实践能力的培养,除陆续引入了案例教学、诊所式教学、模拟法庭、法律实习等实践教学模式外,尝试依托湖南师范大学法律援助中心这一平台,开拓新的法学专业学生实践能力培养模式,目前,这一模式的创新,已取得了初步成效。

The Innovation Study of Law Students＇ Practical Ability Training Mode Taking the Legal Aid Center of Hunan Normal University as the Platform

Law as well as medicine, is a very practical application disciplines. While students＇ initiative and creativity is suppressed in the traditional teaching mode, which resulting in the students＇ low practical ability and poor practice. And the students are difficult to do the actual quickly when they go to work in legal practice department. Therefore, in order to enhance the students＇ practical ability, Hunan Normal University School of Law tries the platform supported by the Legal Aid Center of Hunan Normal University to open up a new law-students＇ practical ability training mode in addition to introduces the case teaching, clinical teaching, simulated court, and legal practice teaching mode. And now, the innovation model has achieved initial success.
