内涵式发展下经管类专业实践教学体系及质量失控分析

摘    要:实践教学是应用型人才培养的重要途径,诸多高校结合实际建立了实践教学体系,开展了形式多样的实践教学活动。内涵式发展对实践教学提出了新要求,在分析实践教学体系构成基础上指出了质量失控的表现:实践教学形式化、实践教学理念错误、考核方式狭窄和管理组织脱位等,并从指导思想、实践主体和组织监控三方面分析这些表现的出现主要原因,基于此提出了实践教学质量控制的解决思路。

The Practical Teaching System and Its Out-of-control Quality Analysis of Economy and Management Majors in the Context of Connotative Development

Abstract:The practical teaching is one of the important ways for training applied talents. And many universities have established practice teaching systems. Under the concept of the connotative development, new requests are put forward in practice teaching. The practice teaching quality control has become the key of the practice teaching. Based on the analysis of practical teaching system, the performances of out-of-control quality are summarized as: teaching formalization, mistake teaching idea, loss of management organization and narrow inspection way. The performances of out-of-control quality appeared mainly comes from the reason of teaching guiding principles, practical subject and monitor organization. Based on the above, the quality control solution to practical teaching is proposed.
