摘    要:《绿色食品》是一门实践性很强的课程,为提高实践教学质量,从教学观念、教学方法、教学内容及课程考核方式等方面,对《绿色食品》实践教学改革进行了探讨,从而使学生将绿色食品理论知识运用于实践,学会合理开发和利用绿色食品,成为绿色食品方面专业人才,促进绿色食品产业的健康有序发展。

Abstract:Green food is a very practical course. In order to improve the quality of practical teaching, this paper explores the practical teaching reform of Green Food from the teaching concepts, teaching methods, teaching contents and curriculum assessment methods, so that students put theoretical knowledge of green food into practice, learn to rationally develop and utilize green food, become green food professionals, promote the healthy and orderly development of green food industry.
