健康权入宪在我国实现的思考

健康权作为一项重要的权利，已被大多数国家纳入宪法保障的范畴。我国宪法上虽有关于健康权的内容，但相对分散，不能满足健康权入宪的需要。我国健康权应当选择适合国情的方式入宪，明确健康权的概念和内容，并建立违宪审查制度保障健康权的实施。

Reflections upon Constitutionalizing the Right to Health in China

As an important right, the right to health has been included in the scope of constitutional protection in most countries. Although the content related to the fight to health has been included in the constitution, it is relatively dispersed, which can not meet the needs of constitutionalizing the fight to health. Therefore, this article proposes that our fight to health should be suited to the condition in the constitution, a clear concept and content of the right to health, and the establishment of the implementation of the unconstitutional censorship to protect the fight to health.
