| 摘 要： | 职业素养的培养是高等职业院校教育教学工作的重点,我国职业教育发展历史不长,接受高等职业教育的群体共性和个性的认识还有待进一步深入。为了对职业素养的提升和完善完整系统的研究,对我国高职院校学生职业素养的培养现状进行了分析,并具体提出了提升职业素养的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Business English talents have bright career prospects in Pearl River delta area. However, the survey result shows that the humanistic quality education in the current foreign language education in the area is comparatively weak. Students＇ humanistic quality cannot meet the needs of employers. Taking the humanistic education as the mainline and the humanistic education in vocational colleges in Pearl River Delta as the entry point, the paper analyzes the problems and proposes some countermeasures for it. |
