新生代农民工的思想政治教育探析

新生代农民工兼具农民工和新时代青年的双重身份,在自身发展过程中,他们一方面表现出自己的职业理想,具有较强的自我意识,接受过一定的文化教育等新特点;同时也存在对现实的估计不足,人生价值定位出现偏差,职业竞争力不强等诸多问题。因此,要从人生观和道德观教育、闲暇生活教育两方面加强新生代农民工的思想政治教育,全面提高新生代农民工的综合素质和自我发展能力,从而促进其自身的发展进步,推动农村发展,维护社会稳定。

On the Ideological Education of the New Generation of Urban Migrant Worker

The new generation of urban migrant workers plays both roles of the rural migrant workers and the youth of the new era.In the development process,this group＇s ideological and political situation shows new features,such as establishing a professional ideal,possessing strong self-awareness,and accepting a certain degree of education,etc.They have also revealed new problems,such as the underestimation of reality,the deviation of value in life,the incompetitiveness of their career,etc.Therefore,two measures should be taken to strengthen the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers,such as education of life philosophy and moral outlook,and education of leisure.It aims at the improvement of the overall quality and self-development capacity of the new generation of migrant workers.Only in this way can we promote their personal advancement,push forward the rural development and safeguard the social stability.
