教育生态视野下高校学生评教的思考

摘    要:学生评教是教学评价活动的重要组成部分,并在实际的教学过程中发挥着积极的作用。但学生评教工作也是一把双刃剑,学生对评教工作重要性的认识不足,评教指标体系和评教方式不科学,对评教结果处理不当,都有可能对教师的工作积极性产生不利影响。针对目前学生评教普遍存在的问题,从教育生态学基本原理出发,提出实现提高高校学生评教有效性的现实途径,为推进高校学生评教提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:Student Evaluation of Teaching is an important part of evaluation activities,and in the actual teaching process,it plays an active role.But the teaching evaluation work is also a double-edged sword,evaluating teaching students the importance of an adequate understanding of teaching evaluation index system and evaluation of teaching methods unscientific,the results of the Assessment of Teaching handled properly,are likely the work of teachers have positive adversely affected.A common problem for the current teaching evaluation,starting from the basic principles of ecology,education,proposed to achieve to improve the effectiveness of college students to realistic way,to promote the student evaluation of teacher to provide a theoretical reference.
