| Abstract: | Protein and enzyme engineering is a core course of biotechnology subject with a abundant and extensive content. The higher-educationfile from Ministry of Education regulates explicitly： ＂practice teaching acts as specific action for the enhancement of comprehend diathesis and the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practical technical skill.＂ We performed a series of researches and practice about the teaching mode of protein and enzyme engineering course, constructed the comprehensive experiment teaching hierarchy of application and technique, the ranking open experiment teaching and the experiment teaching combined with research projects. |
