| 摘 要： | 依据现代国防教育的思想理论和高等教育学原理,增强高校国防教育的实效性必须面对现实,大力开创新思路：教育理念上必须由＂传统教育＂向＂创新教育＂转变;教育重点上必须由＂注重技能训练＂向＂注重观念变革＂转变;教育方式上必须由＂封闭式＂向＂开放式＂转变;教育师资上必须由＂兼职型＂向＂专兼聘结合型＂转变。

| Abstract: | Based on the modern national defense education in ideology and theories and principles of higher education, to strengthen the national defense education in a more effective manner should involve facing the reality and vigorously exploring new ideas. Education should transform from ＂traditional education＂ to ＂innovative education＂; Education focus should shift from ＂skill training＂ to ＂concept innovation＂; Education means should change from ＂close＂ to ＂open＂; Teachers should transform from ＂part-time＂ to ＂a combination of part-time and full time＂. |
