政府规模和经济收敛

该文通过建立一个不同地方政府(落后及发达地区的政府)和中央政府的增长模型来考察政府规模对一国区域经济收敛的影响,认为政府规模和人均产出的收敛速度呈倒U型的关系.针对中国的地区差距扩大的趋势,该文认为,造成这一不收敛现象的一个重要原因可能在于政府支出的低效率.文章还发展了一个新的计算收敛速度的方法.
