SEARCH,GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE AND UNEMPLOYMENT

this paper integrates the search model of unemployment into a dynamic model of economic growth with government expenditure and examines government expenditure's effects on employment and consumption.using general production and utility functions,we prove that there exists a unique equilibrium in the system.when the match between the unemployed and the vacant positions is efficient,the economic system described by a four-dimensional differential equation system has a stable two-dimensional manifold.
