中国县级市社会发展水平评价及空间差异分析

采用主成分分析法,对中国370个县级市的社会发展水平进行综合评价,并分析其空间差异特征。中国县级市社会发展水平差距较大,地区发展不平衡。社会发展水平百强县级市集中分布于东部地区和东北沿海地区,特别是山东、江苏、浙江和辽宁4省表现非常突出,而中、西部地区百强县级市分布很少。今后,应高度重视县级市在国家社会经济发展的地位和作用,尤其对中西部地区的县级市,要加大政策支持力度,加强公共服务设施建设,提高社会服务水平,促进社会和谐发展。

Study On Evaluation and Spatial Differences of Social Development Level of County-Level Cities In China

This paper firstly uses the method of principal component analysis to evaluate social development level of China's 370 county-level cities,and analyzes their spatial differences.The results show that differences of social development level of county-level cities in China is big,and regional development is unbalanced.The spatial distribution of Top 100 county-level cities is concentrated on the Eastern area and Northeast coastal area especially in Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Liaoning,and rarely on the Central area and Western area.In the future,the goverment should pay more attention on social and economic development of county-level cities,especially in the central and western regions,to enhance policy support,strengthen public service facilities construction,raise the level of social services,and further social harmonious development.
