| 摘 要： | 为了适应医学模式的转变,细节管理现己成为各个行业非常关注的问题.细节服务不仅是优质护理质量的要求也是人性化护理的前提,从护理服务角度看护理管理是一种行为,护理管理的优劣直接影响着护理质量1].我院门诊部自2009年4月起在各项护理流程中强化细节服务,使护理服务的主动性增强,护理质量明显提高.

| Abstract: | Ln order to adapt to the change of medical model, detail management has now become the industry are very concern. Details not only the high quality nursing service quality requirements of presupposition of humanized nursing, nursing service point of view from management is a kind of behavior, the nursing management quality directly affects the quality of nursing in1]. I clinic since April 2009 in nursing process to strengthen the details services, boosting the initiative of nursing service, nursing quality improved obviously. |
