肠道益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的改善作用

摘    要:目的探讨肠道益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月为揭西县人民医院收治的100例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组50例采用蓝光照射治疗,观察组50例采用肠道益生菌+蓝光照射治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胆红素指标、免疫功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.00%)显著高于对照组(78.00%),治疗2d、4d观察组间接胆红素(IBiL)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平均显著低于对照组,观察组治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著高于对照组,CD8^+水平显著低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠道益生菌+蓝光照射可有效降低新生儿病理性黄疸患儿机体胆红素水平,促进黄疸症状消退,增强免疫功能,减少不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of intestinal probiotics combined with blue light irradiation pathological neonatal jaundice and immune function of patients.Method A total of 100 cases of neonatal jaundice patients admitted to Jiexi County People’s Hospital,from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with blue light,and 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with intestinal probiotics combined with blue light irradiation.The clinical efficacy,bilirubin index,immune function indicators,adverse reactions were compared bettween the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate(96.00%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.00%).The 2 d,4 d IBiL and TBiL levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+levels were significantly higher than the control group.The CD8^+level was significantly lower than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intestinal probiotics combined with blue light irradiation can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin in neonatal jaundice patients,promote the regression of jaundice symptoms,enhance immune function,and reduce adverse reactions.
