| 摘 要： | 目的评价注射用埃索美拉唑钠的安全性,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法通过血管刺激性试验、体外溶血性试验、全身过敏性试验,评价注射用埃索美拉唑钠的安全性。结果注射用埃索美拉唑钠无显明血管刺激性,无溶血和过敏反应。结论在本次试验条件下,注射用埃索美拉唑钠符合注射剂的安全要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To valuate the safety of Esomeprazole sodium for injection and provide for medication. Methods The safety of Esomeprazole sodium for injection were observed through vascular stimulation text, hemolytic text,and active systemic anaphylaxis.Results Esomeprazole sodium for injection did not have obvious vascular irritative effects and hemol ysis reaction.Conclusion The results showed that Esomeprazole sodium for injection should be safe under experimental conditions,it was complianced with requirement of injection safety. |
