高职院校青年护理教师“双导师制”培养的探讨

摘    要:高职护理专业扩招及大量应届本科护理毕业生进入护理教师行业的现状使青年教师培养成为护理院校面临的问题。通过对新毕业护理教师"双导师制"培养的模式,使年轻的教师及时适应职业角色,对于提升整体青年教师授课能力、科研能力以及提高学生对教学接受程度等都具有正相作用。

Abstract:The expansion of higher vocational nursing major and many nursing graduates enter teaching profession.Young teachers′training becomes the problem that nursing colege must be faced.Young nursing teachers adapt to occupation role,promoting teaching ability and scientific ability by using the Double Tutorial System Training Mode.The mode has a positive role on improving students′teaching acceptance.
