| 摘 要： | 目的分析高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对小柴胡颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量的测定。方法采用HPLC法对小柴胡颗粒剂中的黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果经过测定,小柴胡颗粒剂中黄芩苷的回收率为100%,RSD为0.96%。结论采用HPLC法可对小柴胡颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量进行准确测定。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis on the determination of the content of Baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules by HPLC.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of Baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules.Results After the determination of baicalin,recovery of Xiaochaihu granules was rate was 100%,RSD was 0.96%.Conclusion For determination of Baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules was changed by HPLC method. |
