4种给药方案治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者的药物经济学评价

目的探讨4种给药方案治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者的成本-效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月于沈阳市妇婴医院妇产科门诊诊治的滴虫性阴道炎患者115例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为4组,包括A组(n=30,保妇康栓+奥硝唑片治疗)、B组(n=27,双唑泰栓+奥硝唑片治疗)、C组(n=29,甲硝唑栓+奥硝唑片治疗)、D组(n=29,奥硝唑片治疗),比较4组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、成本-效果,并进行敏感性分析。结果 A组治疗有效率为90.00%(27/30),B组治疗有效率为92.59%(25/27),C组治疗有效率为93.10%(27/29),D组治疗有效率为86.21%(25/29)。A组成本-效果比为0.74,B组成本-效果比为0.52,C组成本-效果比为0.45,D组成本-效果比为0.45;以D组为参照,其中A组增量成本-效果比为12.96,B组增量成本-效果比为4.69,C组增量成本-效果比为3.56。结论甲硝唑栓+奥硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎效果显著,且成本较低,不良反应少。

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation in the Treatment of Patients with Trichomonal Vaginitis with 4 Dosage Regimens

Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness of 4 dosing regimens in the treatment of patients with trichomonas vaginitis. Methods A total of 115 patients with trichomonal vaginitis who were diagnosed and treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Shenyang Maternity Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into 4 groups according to the random number table method, including group A(n= 30. Baofukang suppository + ornidazole tablet treatment), group B(n=27, Shuangzuotai suppository + ornidazole tablet treatment), group C(n=29, metronidazole suppository + ornidazole tablet treatment), group D(n=29, ornidazole tablets treatment). The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, cost-effectiveness, and sensitivity analysis of the 4 groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in group A was 90.00%(27/30), the effective rate in group B was 92.59%(25/27), the effective rate in group C was 93.10%(27/29), and the effective rate in group D was 86.21%(25/29). The cost-effectiveness ratio of group A was 0.74, the cost-effectiveness ratio of group B was 0.52, the cost-effectiveness ratio of group C was 0.45, and the cost-effectiveness ratio of group D was 0.45. Taking group D as a reference, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of group A was 12.96, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of group B was 4.69, and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of group C was 3.56. Conclusion Metronidazole suppository + ornidazole tablets are effective in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis, with low cost and few adverse reactions.
