氨溴索在新生儿胎粪吸入综合症治疗中的临床应用研究

目的 探讨氨溴索在新生儿胎粪吸入综合症治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 26 例治疗组新生儿胎粪吸入综合症患儿在基础上应用盐酸氨溴索,与常规治疗对照组进行比较.结果 治疗组总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,各临床指标也较对照组显著改善.结论 氨溴索能够促进胎粪的排出,减轻胎粪吸入综合症患儿气道阻塞和化学炎症反应,缩短治疗时间.

Ambroxol in Neonates with Meconium Aspiration Syndrome Treated in a Clinical Application Study Zhang Rongbao

Objective To the value of ambroxol in treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome （MAS）. Methods 26 patients with MAS was as observation group and treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of conventional therapy, which was used by control group. Compared the clinical effect to the two groups. Result In the observation group, the total effective rate was 96.2%, which was significantly higher than that in control group 72%, and its various clinical indicators are significantly improved. Conclusion Ambroxol can promote the meconium discharge, reduce meconium aspiration syndrome and shorten the treatment time.
