| 摘 要： | 目的观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将60例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为两组,对照组进行常规抗感染治疗,治疗组在其基础上加用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒,通过微量胆红素测定仪测定每日胆红素浓度观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果两组患儿日均胆红素下降程度和平均治疗天数比较差异具有统计学意义。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒用于新生儿黄疸效果良好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bacil us subtilis two drugs viable granule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 60 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,control group was given routine anti infection treatment,treatment group on the basis of using Bacil us subtilis two viable particles, through micro bilirubin bilirubin concentration were measured daily observation of clinical curative effect of two groups of children.Results two patients daily bilirubin decrease degree and average days of treatment with significant difference.Conclusion Bacil us subtilis two viable particles for good effect of neonatal jaundice,which is worthy of clinical application. |
