莫西沙星治疗生殖道沙眼衣原体感染临床观察

目的评价莫西沙星治疗生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的临床疗效。方法将126例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服盐酸莫西沙星片400mg/次,1次/d,对照组口服盐酸多西环素胶囊0.1g/次,2次/d,疗程均为12d,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为85.94%,病原体清除率为85.94%,对照组总有效率为64.52%,病原体清除率为70.97%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星治疗生殖道沙眼衣原体感染疗效优于盐酸多西环素胶囊,患者依从性好,安全性高。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chlamydial Trachomatis Genital infection With Moxifloxacin

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of chlamydial trachomatis genital infection with moxifloxacin tablet.Methods 126 patients were divided into two groups at random,the treatment group with 64 cases and the control group with 62 cases.The treatment group took hydrochloride moxifloxacin tablet,the control group took doxycycline hydrochloride capsules.All patients were treated for 12 days,compared two groups ofpatients.Results Treatment group, the total effective rate 85.94%, pathogen clearance rate was 85.94% in the control group, the total effective rate was 64.52%, pathogen clearance rate was 70.97%.It is also found the high difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical ther apeutic effect of chlamydial trachomatis genital infection with moxifloxacin tablets is much better than that of doxycycline hydrochloride capsules.
