| 摘 要： | 目的观察生大黄联合乌司他汀治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法入选济宁市附属医院住院确诊的重症急性胰腺炎患者88例,随机分成治疗组、对照组两组。对照组给予禁饮食、胃肠减压、抑酸、抗生素、补充血容等对症支持治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用生大黄粉及乌司他汀。结果生大黄联合乌司他汀治疗后,治疗组CRP浓度、血尿淀粉酶、白细胞数均较对照组显著降低,肝功能损害较入院时明显好转。结论生大黄联合乌司他汀治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of rhubarb combined with atorvastatin in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis clinical curative effect.Method selected for the Jining city hospital inpatients diagnosed in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in 88 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group,control group two group.The control group was given fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,acid,antibiotic,supplement blood volume symptomatic and supportive therapy,group therapy in the treatment of combined with rhubarb powder and the effects of atorvastatin.Results rhubarb combined effects of statin therapy,treatment group CRP concentration,urine amylase,white cell number were significant lower than the control group,liver function damage was significantly better than.Conclusion rhubarb combined effects of statins in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis curative effect is good. |
