药品检验工作绩效考核体系的建立

摘    要:随着药品监管职能的转变,检验体制的创新和检验机构的改革,检验人员的绩效考核在管理中的作用也越来越重要。本文提出通过建立科学有效的绩效考核制度,制订合理的绩效考核标准及权重分配,以及公正、科学地实施,探讨建立药品检验机构的绩效考核体系的方法和问题。

Abstract:Along with the change of drug regulatory functions,the reform and system innovation and mechanism,the role of inspectors in the performance appraisal management has become increasingly important.To establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system,We develop a reasonable performance evaluation criteria and weight distribution,and the implementation of justice,science,and explore ways to establish drug testing agency performance appraisal system and problems.
