高效液相色谱法测定精制银翘解毒片中连翘苷的含量

目的建立测定精制银翘解毒片中连翘苷含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,使用C18柱(Diamonsil ODS,200.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温箱35℃,以乙腈-水(24:76)为流动相,检测波长230 nm;流速为1 ml/min。结果采用HPLC测定连翘苷含量,连翘苷在0.0967~0.9670μg范围具有良好的线性关系;连翘苷平均回收率为99.1%。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏度高,重复性好,所建立的连翘苷含量测定方法能有效控制银翘解毒片的质量。

Content determination of forsythin in JinzhiYinQiaojiedu tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for content determination of forsythin in Yinqiaojiedu tablets.Methods Using HPLC,usingC18 column（ Diamonsil ODS,200.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,35℃ column temperature box,using acetonitrile and water（24：76） as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 230nm;the flow rate was 1 ml/min.Results Using high performance liquid chromatographydetermination of philyrin in Forsythia rule,has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0967-0.9670μg philyrin;the average recovery rate was 99.1%.Conclusion The HPLC method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu tabletmethod for determination of philyrin the.
