| 摘 要： | 在产业结构调整的过程中,劳动密集型产业向资本密集型产业过渡的产业升级是不可避免的趋势。但是由于劳动密集型产业在一定时间内的不可替代性和我国区域经济发展的不均衡,产业升级必然是一个渐进的过程。通过劳动密集型产业由东向西的区际产业转移,对优化产业结构、降低调整成本和促进西部地区发展都有促进作用。
