论比较银行学的研究对象

文章在国内外首次提出比较银行学的研究对象为银行体制，进而将其定义为由金融发展战略、组织形式、框架结构、构造方式、业务分工、监督管理、运行机制、运转环境和总体效应等九大金融相关要素的有机整体，并在此基础上阐述了各要素的构成、彼此关系与各自所处层次地位，从而奠定了该学科研究对象、理论框架结构及研究方法的基础。该学科的独特研究方法是比较法，是大量地、系统地、多层次多角度地、纵横交错与动静态结合的全方位比较研究，文章最后提出了对待本民族文化与外国文化和经验的正确原则

On the Study Object of the Comparative Banking

Abstract For the first time the paper advances that the study object of the comparative banking is the banking system of organization. It is an organic whole connected with nine relative key elements: financial developing strategy, organizing form, frame and structure, conformation way, work division, supervision and management, operating mechanism, operating circumstance and the total effect. This lay a foundation of the study object, theory structure and research method of the course. The unique research method of this course is comparison. The paper puts forward the proper principle to treat the national and overseas culture.
