我国固定资产投资对就业影响的实证分析

文章运用实证分析方法,对我国固定资产投资的就业效应进行了经验性研究。结果表明:我国固定资产投资的快速增长并没有带来就业规模的迅速扩张。近年来,投资的就业拉动效应较小且明显趋于减弱。从结构层面看,三次产业中,第二、第三产业投资具有显著的就业拉动效应;而在城乡各类经济中,城镇非公有制经济投资则更能促进就业。从各类型的固定资产投资对就业的贡献度看,建筑安装工程投资对就业具有明显的拉动作用。

Positive Analysis on Impact of Fixed Asset Investment on Employment in China

The paper makes an empirical analysis on impact of fixed asset investment on employment in China.The study shows that the rapid growth of fixed asset investment has not brought about the rapid expansion of employment and its impact in recent years on employment is weak and tends to decline.In view of structure,the investment in secondary and tertiary industries has an active effect on employment.In urban and rural economy,the investment in non-public sectors can promote employment.The investment in construction and projects can have more contribution to employment.
